Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines vary by artisan location, product type, and customization level. Shipping commitments shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.

Fulfillment and Dispatch

  • Standard products are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
  • Made-to-order and handcrafted products may require additional production time, communicated on product page.
  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation and fraud checks.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro delivery usually takes 2 to 6 business days after dispatch and non-metro delivery may take 4 to 10 business days.
  • Remote areas, strikes, weather disruptions, and force majeure events can cause delays beyond control.
  • Customers receive tracking details once shipment is handed to logistics partner.

Failed Delivery and Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure complete and accurate address with reachable contact number.
  • Repeated failed attempts due to incorrect details may lead to return-to-origin and re-shipping charges.
  • For high-value orders, ID verification may be requested at delivery.

Return Logistics and Non-Delivery

  • Approved returns caused by wrong, defective, or damaged delivery are generally picked up at no additional buyer charge.
  • Returns outside policy reasons may require buyer-paid reverse shipping.
  • Non-delivery claims should be reported within 7 days of expected delivery date for investigation.
