Seller and Artisan Responsibilities

All seller partners and artisans must maintain truthful listings, quality fulfillment, secure packaging, and cooperative dispute handling to protect customer trust.

Listing and Product Authenticity

  • Product images, descriptions, dimensions, materials, and craft origin must be accurate and non-misleading.
  • Counterfeit, plagiarized, or restricted goods are prohibited and may lead to immediate delisting.
  • Sellers must hold rights to product images and content uploaded on the platform.

Fulfillment and Post-Order Duties

  • Orders must be dispatched within promised timeline and with quality-assured packaging.
  • Sellers must proactively notify support of delays, stock-out risks, or inability to fulfill.
  • Approved return, replacement, and claim workflows must be supported with required evidence and timelines.

Compliance and Enforcement

  • Repeated quality failures, excessive complaint rates, or policy violations can trigger listing suspension or account action.
  • Settlement holds may apply in fraud, chargeback, or unresolved dispute scenarios.
  • Sellers must cooperate with audit, claim investigation, and legal compliance requests.
