Exchange Policy

HeritageVastra supports eligible exchanges on a best-effort basis, primarily for size replacement, subject to artisan stock availability and product condition.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only size exchange is supported for eligible products; design or craft swaps are not guaranteed.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags, original packaging, and invoice.

Exchange Exclusions

  • Custom, made-to-order, intimate-wear, and final-sale products are generally not exchangeable.
  • Products failing quality checks or missing tags are not eligible for exchange.
  • If stock with the same artisan is unavailable, exchange may be converted into return and refund.

Price Difference and Repeat Exchanges

  • If replacement item value is higher, buyer must pay the differential amount.
  • If replacement value is lower, differential amount is refunded as per standard refund timeline.
  • Only one exchange cycle may be allowed per order line unless mandated by support decision.
